Bills assistant coach leaves for head coaching position

Congrats to George Cortez. Hope we can bring someone in to assist Fitz in working on his accuracy, lowering the INTs, AND goosing him to become a more vocal leader.

I don't want to have to continue making the comparisons of Fitz to Joe Ferguson. Both nice guys, both not very inspirational leaders. Fergy threw a better long ball though.
