ok i need some definite answers so we can let everyone know who is coming and what they are will to do and when..
i have been asked to make this second post so that one doesnt have to read a book of posts that may not be to the point..
so lets try to keep this clean and factuali will go back and bring in some of pertent stuff an repost that here..if a mod could put his as sticky and un stick the other that would be great..we have 2 weeks till the event..

this is being made so those who are coming can have some idea as to when "there people" are gonna be there that they just have to see

so if you would post if you are definitely coming and what time you expect to be here and how long that would help others to know

also on the events, we might have some folks wanting the same thing on friday as some on sat,, so to those offering to demo something make it clear as to what you are offering and if it will be each day or at any given time i know the demo folk want to see folk and watch to so we need to try to make this work all ..
